Village Roofing Company was founded in 1993 in Pulaski, TN with two shareholders: David Hutton, the owner of Village Properties, and Dan Garman, a commercial roofing contractor. Mr. Hutton owned and managed over 20 shopping centers throughout Tennessee and Mississippi, and Mr. Garman was a third-generation son of a general contractor with over 20 years commercial roofing experience. In 2010 Mr. Garman purchased the remaining shares from Mr. Hutton and moved the company to Columbia, TN where it resides today.
In 2017 Justin Snoblen joined the firm as Vice President and assisted in running operations. In June of 2023 Mr. Snoblen purchased the company from Mr. Garman. Mr. Garman remains with the firm in a fulltime management capacity.
